Neurographics Workshop - for beginners
Neurographics is an amazing and highly contemporary method for transforming the self and personal reality through drawing. It is scientifically grounded, based on psychology, philosophy, neurophysiology, and sociology, yet remains simple, accessible, and profound. To begin, you don’t need to be an artist. All you need is a sheet of paper, a marker, and a few colored pencils — and at that very moment the journey inward begins. Sometimes it seems like you’re just drawing lines and shapes, but in fact something more is happening. Each line reflects an inner state. Each shape carries symbolic meaning. It is a language through which you communicate with yourself, with your body, with the surrounding space, and even with the Universe itself. The entirety of nature, the entire micro- and macrocosm — are nothing but lines and shapes. Everything around us is neurographic. The clouds, the rivers, the cracks in the earth, the mountain peaks, the shoreline, the lightning in the sky… all seem to have been drawn by someone before us — and continue to be drawn again and again. When we take the marker in hand and begin to draw, we connect with that natural rhythm and align ourselves with the great cosmic design. How do we make these lines truly work for us? How do we learn to use this method consciously, effectively, and safely? We’ll talk about all of this in the workshop. Let’s discover what you truly desire. The participation fee is non-refundable once payment has been made, except in exceptional cases such as force majeure, documented medical issues, or unforeseen personal events (e.g. a death in the family).
Creative Thinking Workshop
We propose to open a new series of 10 workshops in which we will explore together our inner life and our relationships with the world. We address individuals who are interested in how our inner world is created and transformed, and who wish to discover the pleasant or unpleasant truths about it, especially in relation to others. Before each workshop, participants will receive by email the written material corresponding to the theme of that session. Each workshop will last 2 hours, consisting of: - Presentation of the theme, based on the written material – 1 hour - Creative play and Free Associations – 1 hour The objectives and benefits of the workshop series are: - to remain engaged and therefore connected to ourselves and to our relationships with others, - to help us gain greater awareness of what is happening in our minds, - to challenge us through questions and to ease us through the answers, keeping us alive and intimately connected to what is within us and to the people who matter to us, - to help us relax with the thought that all these questions are about us, human beings, and are therefore part of our human nature. Moderator: Ioana Drâmbă, autonomous clinical psychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist in private practice since 2015, member of the Romanian College of Psychologists and the Romanian Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, interested in deepening the understanding of human nature and guided by the belief that “becoming” is what defines us.
